Yes. All mentoring sessions are private and confidential. Your personal information and session discussions will not be shared without your consent. Our platform ensures privacy and follows strict data protection guidelines.
No. By default, sessions are not recorded. If you or your mentor wishes to record a session, both parties must consent before doing so.
You can schedule sessions up to 90 days ahead, depending on mentor availability.
There is no overall limit on the total number of free sessions. But you can book a free session once every 15 days.
Yes, you can reschedule or cancel a session. Please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees or penalties. You can reschedule by going to the Panel page and selecting the session you want to change.
You can cancel or reschedule immediately from the Panel page. If it's too close to the session time, contact us at support@macuin.com for assistance.
No. Sessions are conducted using built-in communication tools from the Mentoring page. If external tools like Zoom/Teams are used, the link will be sent to you.
All times are automatically converted to your local time zone. You do not need to calculate manually—just select a time that fits your schedule.
Come with clear questions or discussion topics. Upload any relevant documents in advance, or include them in the booking notes. Most importantly, be available on the Mentoring page at least 15 minutes before the session starts.
If technical issues interrupt your session, please try to reconnect. If the issue persists, contact the coordinator or support team immediately. Depending on the situation, your session may be rescheduled.

You can create an account by following these steps:
