Sessions are conducted by verified mentors from the Salesforce ecosystem.
Sessions are private and confidential. By default, sessions are not recorded. If recording is required, both you and the mentor must give consent before it happens.
You can schedule a session up to 30 days in advance, subject to mentor availability.
Yes. You can reschedule or cancel a session up to 3 days in advance.
Attend with clear questions or discussion topics. Upload any relevant documents in advance, or include them in the booking notes. Most importantly, be available on the Mentoring page at least 15 minutes before the session starts.
No. Sessions are conducted using built-in tools on the Mentoring page. If an external tool like Teams or Zoom is used, the link will be shared with you.
All session times are automatically adjusted to your local time zone. You don’t need to calculate anything—just choose a time that works for you.
There is no overall limit on sessions. However, free sessions can be booked once every 30 days.
Yes. An account is required to access and use all the platform’s features and services.
